The host property for the 2011 CGA Strategic Conference is the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino located on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. The Mandalay Bay luxury hotel casino is owned and operated by MGM Resorts International. The conference meeting space is easily accessed from the hotel.

The Mandalay Bay Resort features a variety of attractions and dining options including Shark Reef Aquarium, Disney’s The Lion King musical production, the Mandalay Beach with three heated pools and wave pool, the popular House of Blues music & dining venue and 24 restaurants and cafés that offer everything from fine dining to late night options with reviews that speak for themselves.

HOUSING INFORMATION

The CGA Strategic Conference has reserved accommodations at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and will secure reservations for registrants requesting accommodations prior to August 22, 2011. Please register early in order to secure your hotel, as space is limited. After August 22, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

September 23 & 24 - $199
September 25 - 28 - $159

Credit card information must be completed for hotel guarantee. Your credit card will be charged one night's room fee, plus 12‰ tax and a $15 daily resort fee, at the time of registration. If paying for hotel reservation by check, check must be made payable to Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino for the full amount including the 12% tax and $15 daily resort fee and must be received by the hotel two weeks prior to arrival. Please contact CGA staff for assistance.

To change or cancel hotel reservations prior to September 16, 2011, note the request on the confirmation as indicated and return to CGA. Changes will be made on a space-available basis. After September 16, please contact the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino directly at (888) 632-7000.

Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is enforcing a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of your reservation will result in a penalty charge equivalent to one night's room, tax and resort charges.

Hospitality suites and function space is limited at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. For suite rates and availability, please call (916) 448-3545. Requests are subject to approval from CGA Show Management. It is our policy that Conference attendees are not allowed to sponsor any functions that conflict with a scheduled Conference event. This applies to events held in hotel suites, meeting rooms and at any outside location.
